Buckwheat Stout-cakes
Submitted by: LEP2 cups All Natural Buckwheat Pancake mix
1 egg
1 tbsp Cinnamon
3/4 cup water
1 cup Stout (Oatmeal, Imperial, Chocolate, etc)
Mix all ingredients together well in a mixing bowl until batter is not lumpy. Spoon onto a well greased griddle and cook until golden brown. Top with Real Vermonth Maple Syrup and butter.
Beer recommendations: Keegan Ales Mothers Milk Stout (substition may be made)
