2 - Slices Provolone Cheese
4 - Medium Size OnionRings
2 - Slices Italian Bread
Add Italian Hot Peppers to Taste
Start by grilling you sausages until internal temperatures reach 165ºF. Butterfly your sausages by slicing them lengthwise and open them flat. Place the sausage on the one slice of bread, add cheese and onion rings, top with one slice of Italian bread. Place in oven at 375ºF until bread is golden brown. Remove, garnish with peppers and serve.
Pairing Suggestions: Pilsner, Dunkel Lager or Bock.
