Sharp Cheddar Stuffed Bacon Crumble Cheeseburger

1/2 lb. Lean Ground Chuck

1/2 cup Extra Sharp Cheddar - shredded

1/4 Bread Crumbs

4 slices Thick Lean Bacon

2 fresh Vienna Rolls

2 slices White American Cheese

 

1. Begin by mixing beef, cheese and bread crumbs in a mixing bowl. Pat out 3 small burgers or two monsters. Grill on medium heat to personal preference or 160ºF.

2. Lightly toast rolls on grill. The bacon can be cooked on the grill with a foil pan, baked or pan fired.

3. Assemble burgers and enjoy
